"This office is an absolute mess. I have been trying to get my homeowners insurance figured out for FIVE MONTHS. I purchased a home back in April 2024 and it wasn’t until May that I realized they had the wrong home insured under my name. It has been one issue after another. I have REPEATEDLY told them information 3 or 4 times and every single person I have talked to in this office says “I’ll make sure to correct that on your account”… and yet again I still am having problems to this day. I have been told “I’ll call you today” “I’ll keep you updated” “I’ll call you in a week” and now I just received a letter in the mail stating that I have 10 days to pay or they will cancel my homeowners policy. WHERE WAS THE UPDATE??? I finally reached out to a different State Farm office to get advice. I’m not even that offices customer and they have treat me better in the last 24 hours than I have in the last 5 months with Matt Howard’s office. Maybe a one star review might cause someone in this office to react."
